Penghantaran

::1:: Apabila pesanan telah disahkan, dan pembayaran telah diterima, kami akan mengirim produk melalui pos ke alamat yang diminta oleh pelanggan.
::2:: Secara “default”, kami akan menggunakan khidmat Pos Malaysia Poslaju sebagai medium penghantaran, melainkan adanya permintaan pelanggan yang meminta untuk menggunakan khidmat penghantaran yang lain, seperti DHL, SkyNet dan sebagainya.
::3:: Caj penghantaran adalah PERCUMA hanya apabila memenuhi syarat-syarat di bawah:

(A) PESANAN DIKIRIM DI DALAM SEMENANJUNG MALAYSIA SAHAJA.
(B) PESANAN DIKIRIM MENGGUNAKAN KHIDMAT POS MALAYSIA.
(C) JUMLAH PESANAN SEKURANG-KURANGNYA RM50.00

Jika ada sebarang permintaan pelanggan yang melanggar syarat-syarat di atas, pelanggan akan membayar kos penghantaran secara keseluruhan.

Delivery

::1:: Upon the confirmation of order and receipts of payment, we will post the products to the address requested by customer.
::2:: By default, we will use Pos Malaysia Poslaju services as our courier services, unless there is request from customer to use other courier services, i.e: DHL, SkyNet, etc.
::3:: Delivery chargers is FREE only when below is complied:

(A) ORDER IS DELIVERED WITHIN PENINSULAR MALAYSIA.
(B) ORDER IS DELIVERED USING POS MALAYSIA SERVICES.
(C) TOTAL ORDER IS AT LEAST RM50.00

Should there be any customer request that violates of the above, customer is to bear all delivery charges incurred.
